Thank you for shopping with us! Each order is prepared with care and packaged by hand. Below is everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your items.

Processing Times

Because our products are made in small batches, please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment.

Higher-volume seasons (holidays, product launches, or restocks) may extend processing to 5–7 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it ships.

Shipping Rates & Methods

We currently ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Available services may include:

  • USPS First Class (4–7 business days)
  • USPS Priority Mail (2–4 business days)
  • UPS Ground (2–5 business days)

Faster options may appear depending on your location. Reach out for special orders or rush options not available on the website, [email protected]

Delivery Estimates

Delivery time = Processing time + Carrier transit time.

Please note that carrier delays, weather issues, or seasonal volume can impact estimated delivery dates. Once an order has shipped, we no longer have control over transit times.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your package:

  1. Check your mailbox, porch, garage, and all exterior doors
  2. Ask neighbors or building management
  3. Wait 24–48 hours—carriers sometimes mark early

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

If you are outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, please contact us directly—we may be able to help.

Incorrect Addresses
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you realize an error after ordering, contact us immediately at [email protected]. If the order has not shipped yet, we will gladly update it.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the packaging and damaged item(s)
  • We will issue a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit (no delivery scan within 15 days), we will help open a case with the carrier and provide a solution once the carrier completes their investigation.
