Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. Because our products are handmade in small batches, we handle returns and refunds a little differently than large retailers. Please read the policy below before ordering.
All Sales Are Final (With a Few Exceptions)
Due to the handmade and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
However, if something arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, we will do our best to make it right. Know if you are rude, or otherwise a pain in the ass, we'll be less helpful as a matter of policy.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following:
- A replacement of the item
- A refund to your original form of payment
- Store credit
We process replacements and refunds within 3–5 business days after approval.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please follow the steps in our Shipping Policy. If the carrier confirms it is lost, we will work with you on a suitable resolution.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of being placed as long as they have not shipped. All cancellation requests must be emailed to [email protected] with the subject line “Cancel Order #____”.
If your order has already begun processing or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Items returned without prior approval
- Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout
- Minor variations in color, scent, or appearance (normal for handmade products)
